Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic ERP Lead with expertise in Oracle Fusion and healthcare operations to drive organizational and operational improvements across our enterprise. This role combines both functional and technical expertise to ensure the ERP system supports strategic goals. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with executive leadership, and enhance enterprise-wide processes to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategic Oversight:
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP solutions to address organizational and operational improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the key point of contact between technical teams, operational units, and executive stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on leveraging ERP functionalities for operational improvement.
Operational Improvement and Collaboration:
- Partner with finance, HR, supply chain, and clinical teams to assess and enhance business processes.
- Oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion across departments to ensure alignment with healthcare workflows and compliance requirements.
- Lead change management initiatives to drive user adoption and align organizational culture with ERP enhancements.
Technical and Functional Expertise:
- Serve as a functional and technical expert on Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Financials, Supply Chain Management, and HCM.
- Oversee system configurations, upgrades, and customizations to meet enterprise needs.
- Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of ERP analysts, developers, and functional leads.
- Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics to ensure team accountability and success.
Project and Risk Management:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP-related initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Deliver regular status updates and reports to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience leading ERP initiatives, including at least 3 years with Oracle Fusion.
- Proven experience in healthcare operations, with a deep understanding of compliance, billing, and patient-centric workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work onsite in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Certifications:

- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
